Cross Fit Gym SanDiego

It was quite a hot day, beads of sweat trickled down my forehead as I feverishly tried to wipe it off with my handkerchief. Don’t even get me started on my weight, carrying my body around had become a full time job, well apart from the delivery job I had. I swore that I had to lose this weight somehow, jog or take pills, it just had to happen. Its time I unleashed the inner lady, the fierce, luscious, side of me.
Finally, I had made my last delivery. Called up my supervisor and told him my task for the day was complete. He thanked me for my diligence and gave me the rest of the day off. That came as quite a shock as he liked his employees working, working and when they’re done, give them more work. Either way, I was free that afternoon and decided to take a walk down Spring Valley along Coronado Avenue. These streets are for rich people I thought, lots of clothing and jewellery, all worth a lot. Well, at least more than my pay grade of course. As I walked briskly on the sidewalk, something caught my eye. I had to take my earphones off to really catch this sight. CrossFit Gym SanDiego, wow was it a sight. It was on the ground floor of this well painted and maintained building. But what caught my curiosity, was the clean environment inside and of course the well-built men working out. I stood glued to the huge glass window, ogling at those inside.
“Hey there”, came a voice behind me. On turning, I came face to face with a well built, medium height man. He had quite the smile might I add. “Hi”, I casually responded. “Would you like to come in? Maybe we have something to help you out with”, said the man. “Sure, thank you”, I responded. I later came to know him as the personal trainer at the SanDiego based gym. Paul Anderson, or just Paul as he liked it, gave me a tour of the facility. They had all the equipment you see on T.V. and at the mall, the type you tell yourself you’ll buy when you start making six figures.
With the Greg Glassman based CrossFit program and Kraken Fitness being well placed on several locations in the facility, I just had to know what they entail. Paul diligently showed me all the stages that one undergoes in order to achieve “Kraken Fitness”. Right from the point he makes a personalized training program for a customer, through the training and finally to the results. They had unique programs for every customer, no group training as in some gyms I had been to. This was a gym that stood out, a notch above the rest.
The program, coupled with the modern equipment, safe environment and the courteous trainers, what was not to like about CrossFit gym San Diego. The San Diego personal trainer, also a former U.S. Navy Seal. Concluded the tour at the registry department of the facility. At this point I was a bit shy as the peanut salary I earned couldn’t afford such a program, let alone the time of a qualified trainer/ ex-Navy seal.
Shock on me, I was dead wrong. I thought when they said affordable on the signboard at the entrance, it was just to pull in fat people who have a lot to spend. But it was really affordable! I can say I don’t earn much, but the accountant clearly explained that I could start the program, with an initial deposit of course. But settle the rest of the amount in instalments.
That’s how I lost 20 kg, now I look three times younger and five times my pay. CrossFit gym, keep changing people’s lives!
